provisions<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>These Regulations set out the rules for making monetary donations through the online service available at <a href=\"https:\/\/kotekmarysi.pl\/en\/\">https:\/\/kotekmarysi.pl<\/a> (hereinafter: \u201eService\u201d).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Donations are made voluntarily by users of the Service (hereinafter: \u201eDonors\u201d) for the purposes described in the Service.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The Terms and Conditions are made available free of charge on the Website in a way that allows you to read them before making a donation.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00a72 Definitions<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>For the purposes of these Regulations, the following definitions are adopted:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Donor<\/strong> - An individual making a voluntary monetary donation through the Service.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Donation<\/strong> - A voluntary, non-refundable monetary benefit provided by the Donor.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Payment operator<\/strong> - PayPro S.A., which operates the Przelewy24 service.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Service<\/strong> - website <a href=\"https:\/\/kotekmarysi.pl\/en\/\">https:\/\/kotekmarysi.pl<\/a>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00a73 Nature of donations<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>All donations made through the Service are of the following nature <strong>voluntary and non-refundable<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The making of a donation does not constitute the conclusion of a contract of sale or a contract for the provision of services.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>By making a donation, the donor confirms that he or she is acting voluntarily and without expectation of reciprocal benefit.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00a74. donation process<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The donation is made through a form available on the Website.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In order to make a donation, the Donor provides:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>name,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>email address,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>donation amount,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>optional comment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Donors can choose whether their data (name, surname, comment) will be publicly visible on the subpage <a href=\"https:\/\/kotekmarysi.pl\/en\/support\/\">https:\/\/kotekmarysi.pl\/wesprzyj\/<\/a>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>After completing the form, the Donor is redirected to the payment provider's system to complete the transaction.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00a75 Payments<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Payment processing on the Website is provided by the Payment Operator -. <strong>Przelewy24 (PayPro S.A.)<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Available payment methods are presented each time in the system of the Payment Provider.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The donation is processed after the payment process is properly completed by the Operator.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The service is not responsible for any interruptions or errors in the operation of the payment operator's system.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00a76 Publication of Donor Data<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Donor data in the form of name and commentary may be displayed publicly on the site <a href=\"https:\/\/kotekmarysi.pl\/en\/support\/\">https:\/\/kotekmarysi.pl\/wesprzyj\/<\/a>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The donor has the option of hiding his or her data from public access through the appropriate option on the donation form.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Donor's e-mail address <strong>is not published<\/strong> and is used solely for the purpose of handling the donation.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00a77 Personal data<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The administrator of Donors' personal data is the owner of the Website.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Personal data is processed for the purpose of:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>implementation of donations,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>payment processing,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure transparency of support (when data is published).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Personal data are transferred to the Payment Operator only to the extent necessary for payment processing.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>For detailed information on the processing of personal data, please refer to the Privacy Policy available at: <a href=\"https:\/\/kotekmarysi.pl\/en\/privacy-policy\/\">https:\/\/kotekmarysi.pl\/polityka-prywatnosci\/<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00a78 Right to withdraw from donation<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Donations made through the Service are, as a rule, non-refundable.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In justified cases, the Donation may be reimbursed at the request of the Donor.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The request for return of the Donation should be made electronically by sending a message to the e-mail address indicated on the Service.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The application should include at least:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Name of the Donor,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The email address used in making the donation,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>donation amount,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The date of the donation,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>rationale for the proposal.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The decision on the return of the Donation is made on an individual basis and communicated to the Donor by e-mail.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If the request is granted, the donation is returned within 14 days, in the same form of payment in which the donation was made, if technically possible.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00a79 Complaints<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Complaints about payment processing should be reported in the first instance to the payment operator Przelewy24.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Complaints about the operation of the Service may be submitted by e-mail to the address indicated on the Service.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Complaints are processed within 14 days of receipt.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00a710 Final provisions<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The Regulations are effective as of the date of their publication on the Website.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The organizer reserves the right to change the Terms and Conditions, but the changes do not affect donations made before they take effect.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In matters not covered by these Regulations, the provisions of Polish law shall
